"For an airport meet and greet, I would expect the taxi firm to check up to date flight arrival information. I sent an email when I realised our plane was departing late, suggesting an hour delay to our pick up time (which was the flight delay). The taxi firm appeared to have simply reacted to this, without checking our actual flight data and so we ended up waiting 20 minutes. We were told by phone when I rang to say we were ready, to head outside to the pick up point - but the driver went to arrivals. The driver then explained we were at the Uber pick up point - and he was parked some distance away on the same floor of the car park. I don't think Uber have the exclusive right to use that pick up point. The driver was pleasant and efficient, but late at night after a delayed flight this was more complication we did not need."

"When I phoned the day before to double check my booking for a mini bus for 16 people the person I spoke to said that there was no booking. He went away, double checked and phoned back to say it was his mistake, there was a booking. On the day it was not made clear to me that the 16 of us were to be split over two vehicles. As the first vehicle got fuller and fuller it was only then the driver told me that there was a second vehicle, but he wasn't exactly sure where. Apart from that, the driver phoned up early on the day to tell me he was ready, was polite and drove carefully."
